My Goals 

1.Practice more reading and writing. 

2.learn more about different types of writing.

3.I want to learn to spell new words and to try and practice new words.

Task Description: For this week for literacy we had to write our goals on a google doc. But it was also for our reading groups. What we had to do was we had to write 3 goals or 3 things that we want to improve on. What I really what to improve on is learning to spell new words and to try and practice new words.

Myth's & Legends Passport

Task Description: For this week's inquiry work what we had to do what to make a poster about our Myth's & Legends Passport and what we had to do what we had to put the flags of the places we learnt about and what we learnt about and what was in the stores. 

Poster Ray's Candy Store

Task Description: For my home work I had to found a shop or a restaurant and make a poster with facts and this is the shop I found and I did the facts about. I also think that is a shop that all people should go to cause it sounds very nice and it sounds like where you would go and get a last night snack cause it is open 7 days a week.

Tour Guide Of Cambodia

Task Description: For my create task I had to make a slide show about places in Cambodia, like a tour guide. So me and my friend Paige work together and made this google slides presentation about 3 place in Cambodia.  

Cambodia - Myth of Lightning, Thunder and Rain

   Task Description: This is our sixth and last rotation for our Myth and Legend Stories. For our last rotation we learnt about Cambodian and the myth of lightning, thunder and rain. What I have to do for this task is to do the task it told me to do and to make 3 thing which was the first thing was to make a tour guide or a card all about Cambodian and all the places and the last thing we could make was a poster.

Paul Bunyan

Task Description: For next's rotation we went to Mrs Moala. The Legend we learnt is about Paul Bunyan and being a wood cuter and all his landmarks and we learnt about how big of a giant he is.

The Watcher of the South

Task Description: For next's rotation we went to Ms Tapuke and learnt about the watcher of the south. But that was about the myth about the 4 giant and the earth goddess and sun goddess and the dragon.

Task Description: For inquiry we have been learning about myths. For today's myth I have learnt about the Blue Mountain Coffee. So today I haved learnt about the coffee bean from Jamaica and the different places that are in Jamaica.

A World of Different

Hi guys Welcome back to term 3!!. So every start day back to school we have a immersion assembly and we also so have a topic for the hole term, and this term the topic is about a world of different.

Team 1 topic was about wondering where things came from and where things are made, and they were thinking what other schools around the world have to use

Team 2 topic is about going places around New Zealand and they were also being like Dora the explorer. But they also dress up like characters. So they are learning about places around the world.

Team 3 is learning about places, landmarks and structures and when were watching their video they did a similar TV show called Amazing Race.

Team 4 topic: they are learning about food and where they come from and they were google maps to help them find where the food came from.

Team 5 topic and what they are learning about is myths and legends that people tell around the world, and in the immersion assembly for the how they were going to tell use they did a show for the school.

But why do you like immersion assembles?. Why I like Immersion assembly cause we get to see what the other team are learning about and how they are going to learning it. But I also love the Immersion assembly cause I get to know what I will be learning.

Task Description: For the past few weeks we have been working and learning on our genius hour presentation project. Me and my classmates has to pick a something that we wanted to learn. For my genius hour presentation I learnt about the history about soccer and it was also very fun to learn.
