Six-sentence story

Sentence 1: Begins with ‘Once upon a time’ and introduces the main character

Sentence 2: Describes where the character lived

Sentence 3: Describes where the character’s special talent

Sentence 4: Describes the character’s problem

Sentence 5: Tells why the character felt that way

Sentence 6: Tells how the character solved the problem

1. Once upon a time there was a girl called Sophia and her best friend called  Olivia. 

2.  They were really best  friends, they live in a small place called Glenn’s in Auckland New Zealand .  

3. It was going to be Olivia's birthday soon Sophia wanted to do something for Olivia's birthday.

4. Sophia was thinking to go to a nice place like next to the beach but the problem was that Olivia is going to stay at her mum’s house because her dad and brother is coming back from the army and she was so happy that she is going to see them, so Sophia thought that she could take Olivia’s family and take Olivia and surprise her too.  

5. Sophia felt so happy with the plan, so she is going to Olivia’s mum’s house and going to tell Olivia mum if she wants to go and surprise Olivia for her birthday and Sophia said that she can book a fight and take you and your husband to some surprise, so they made a plan to go to a beach. 

6. Sophia got Olivia’s family and took them to the airport then Olivia’s family got on the plane and went off so Sophia went to pick up Olivia to go on the plane Olivia was so confused she could see anything, but when Olivia’s family got out the plane they got a taxi and went to the beach at keys west florida they were waited to the birthday girl and Sophia then Sophia called Olivia’s mum and said that “ we are on our way “ after that Olivia’s Mum saw them coming Olivia did know anything then Olivia took out the blindfold out she saw her family and she started to cry she hugged her dad and said “was is happening” everyone

said “Birthday”.
